The supreme decision-making body of the alliance. All voting members meet annually to approve the strategic direction, budget and audited accounts, and to elect representatives to the Board.
Composed of senior leaders from the private sector, associations and independent experts. Provides strategic guidance, safeguards independence and oversees the Executive Committee.
Delivers on the strategic plan approved by the Assembly. Sets program priorities, approves partnerships and reports on performance to the Board twice a year.
The permanent staff of the alliance, headquartered in Accra. Executes daily programs, engages members, runs the Corridor Observatory and represents the alliance in regional forums.
Cross-sector leadership from trade, finance, transport and policy — chosen by our members.
Chairs the strategic body of the alliance, elected by the General Assembly for a three-year renewable term.
Leads the strategic implementation of the alliance's programs and represents members in the highest regional dialogues.
Runs day-to-day operations, manages partnerships, and serves as principal spokesperson for the alliance.
